We try to process all orders within a week of receipt. During peak season orders can take an extra 2 to 3
days to process. We cannot be responsible for any service delays caused by shipping carriers. Please

tracking information. If damage occurs in any shipment, please to not discard any packing material and
contact us immediately.

contact us to arrange a return, for replacement, credit or refund. Return orders will not be accepted
unless you are given return authorization first by contacting us. Orders returned due to errors that are not
ours may be subjected to a re-stocking fee of up to 20%.
